Adam Thomas is an English actor, who took part in the sixteenth series of I'm a Celebrity UK, where he entered the jungle on Day 1 and leaving on Day 22 after finishing in third place behind the winner Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt and comedian Joel Dommett in second place.
Biography[]
Adam launched to fame in his breakthrough role as Donte Charles in the BBC One school-based drama series Waterloo Road of which he was an original cast member upon its inception in 2006 until 2009. He then landed the role of Adam Barton in the long-running ITV soap opera, Emmerdale, a role he had for nearly 10 years when he quit in early 2018. Later the next year he was announced as the new co host of the I'm a Celeb spin off show I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp until it was cancelled the following year. Adam was a contestant on the twenty-first series of Strictly Come Dancing, finishing in ninth place. When Waterloo Road returned in 2023, he also re-joined the cast. On 27 August 2017, he married his long-term girlfriend Caroline Daly; together they have two children Teddy (b. 2014) and Elsie (b. 2018).
